Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: White Plains, NY
Employee Type: Full Time

Overview:

This position provides support for all departments with editing reports, word processing and general administrative duties. 

 


Responsibilities:

· Word process and/or format into pdf reports ensuring adherence to company protocols

· Prepare draft to final reports for multiple departments and multiple clients

· Provide administrative support to a team or several teams of Project Managers, Reviewers and Management

· Distribute pdf reports to clients and facilitate answers to clients regarding the reports

· Prepare and update spreadsheets for large Portfolio work

·  Reception coverage during breaks, lunches and vacations

·  Sort mail, distribute packages, mail packages and copy /bind reports as needed

 


Requirements:

· 2 + years administrative assistant experience
· Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
· Experience working with databases
· Excellent phone etiquette
·  Ability to work overtime as needed
·  The ability to proficiently multi-task.
