Senior Project Manager – Property Condition Assessment

Position Description:
The candidate is to manage dynamic projects, client relationships, and audit and approve Property Condition Reports (PCA).  This position will also assess the condition of buildings and prepare a report evaluating the major physical deficiencies observed as needed.  Assets range from low-rise multi-family to high-rise office to hospitality.

Requirements:
We are looking for Registered Architect or Professional Engineer with 6-10 years of architecture, engineering or construction experience with strong knowledge of building systems.   The candidate must be a self-starter and dynamic team player with some supervisor experience.   Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and e-mail/internet usage and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

We seek an MEP Engineer or Facilities Engineer with the following qualifications:
