Lincoln Park 2520 Phase III
Lincoln Park 2520 Phase III consists of a 39-story, 877,000 SFG, LEED certified, high-rise residential condominium tower over a 507 stall parking structure. The Project is located three miles north of downtown Chicago, Illinois and not far from the shoreline of Lake Michigan. Construction began in August 2010 and is due for completion by August 2012.
The Project is being developed by Lake Tower Development, LLC. Lucien LaGrange Architects has been retained as the architect-of-record, and the general contractor is Walsh Construction Company in Chicago.
IVI is currently providing project management oversight of the construction, which is being completed on time and within budget. IVI is also managing construction cost control, reviewing contract drawings and specifications, and building loan documents. While under construction, IVI is providing payment requisition disbursement control services and confirming general compliance of construction with the project documents.
