IVI Promotes Douglas Olson, P.E., to Director of Sales

IVI International is pleased to announce that Douglas Olson, P.E., has been promoted to Director of Sales, New York Metropolitan Area, effective immediately.

Doug, a professional engineer and industry veteran, has extensive experience managing projects and conducting due diligence services on behalf of private and institutional equity firms and mortgagees.

A principal of IVI for more than 17 years, Doug most recently spearheaded the company’s entry into the HUD multi-family market and advanced IVI’s reproduction cost services for tax certiorari proceedings.
