On behalf of the potential purchaser, IVI Assessment Services, Inc. recently completed Property Condition Assessments on 13 Class B mid-rise office buildings. The 13 properties are located in the center of the Tyson’s Corner, Virginia retail and commercial district, adjacent to the Beltway. The properties ranged in size from 7,000 SF to 166,000 SF.
