IVI Consults on the Laureate
The Laureate, a 20-story, 75-unit mixed-use, luxury residential condominium is located on the corner of 76th Street and Broadway in the heart of Manhattan’s Upper West Side.
The Project is being developed by the Stahl Organization with SLCE Architects as the architect-of-record and Cauldwell-Wingate Co., as the construction manager. Construction began April 2009 with completion targeted for March 2011.
IVI is currently providing project management oversight of the construction, including cost control, review of contract drawings and specifications, and the review of construction and building loan documents, schedules, permits, and approvals. While under construction, IVI is providing payment requisition disbursement control services and confirming general compliance of construction with the project documents.
