As a federally permitted undertaking, wireless telecommunications projects require NEPA screenings in order to consider the potential negative environmental impacts. If an impact is deemed to be material, IVI provides common sense, cost effective recommendations to mitigate same. Our studies are thorough, pragmatic and adequately documented to clearly describe existing conditions and actual or perceived impacts. We employ state of the art GIS software to analyze the undertaking in a cost effective and timely manner.

If required, IVI conducts Visual Impact Assessments such as on-site balloon or crane testing or we can provide photo simulations. Our NEPA studies comply with FCC Section 1.1308 for report filing and are reviewed by the FCC.
